Overview

Funnel Leasing is a CRM, AI, and automation platform designed for renter interactions. As an Associate QA Engineer, I focused on automation, which ranges from self-service options for property management companies (such as automated marketing emails, texts, and calls) to work on the company's AI leasing chatbot. My work involved developing and executing test plans, creating documentation on automation processes and the product, testing APIs, collaborating with development teams to resolve bugs, and specifically testing and evaluating AI chatbot performance using tools like LangSmith. I also identified automation opportunities and wrote Playwright tests for key areas of the product.
